Teach-ins

A Next System Project Teach-in  -
Moving Toward the Next System of Healthy Communities

If you could contribute your ideas to boldly create healthy communities of the future what would you suggest?

On September 19, the MN Next System Project Community is holding a teach-in. You’re invited to interact, dialogue, and learn with a panel of experts, using Liberating Structures, to contribute and  create the next system of healthy communities.

The Moving Toward the Next System of Healthy Communities teach-in is sponsored by the Katharine J. Densford International Center for Nursing Leadership and is partnership between the University of Minnesota and the community.

We are convening a community and campus conversation to share, shape, and crowd source your ideas on, what is health? What does a healthy community look like?

Healthy Community thought leaders forming the conversation include:

  •   Thomas Fisher - Director of the UMN Metropolitan Design Center
  •   Frank Maletz - MD / Communities of the Future Leadership
  •   Timothy NolanSustainable Industrial Development Coordinator, MN PCA
  •   Daniel Pesut  - Director of the Densford Center, UMN School of Nursing
  •   Teddie Potter - Clinical Associate Professor, UMN School of Nursing
  •   David Zuckerman - Democracy Collaborative
